Wintery weather blanketed our abode this week and prompted the cancellation of just about every school in the region (over 600 closings) except for mine! It took me an hour to drive to school on Thursday! On Rte 51, you could not tell where the road ended and the field began, it was crazy! Pacey didn't have school on Thursday or Friday, so he stayed home with Matt on Thursday and went to the furniture on Friday. He had a great time on Friday. Julie, from the General Store, had her two boys with her also. The boys had a blast playing all day long!
Now as I sit here typing this on Sunday morning, it is snowing again! As much as I love a snow day, we really need to get in a full week of school! There is something to be said for routine and we all need a little of that right now. Another snow in a few weeks would be great, but lets get a full week in!
Pacey did great at soccer on Saturday! He scored 3 goals and had several assists. He is really becoming a very good soccer player! Parker is improving at his gaming! Poor guy he does not complain too much, but he plays his DSi from the time the game starts until it ends! He is making some little friends, too. It is very cute!
